We work hard to provide you with a safe and secure shopping experience. Our respect for your privacy is immense and we would never sell or give your information to others. When Will my order Ship? TOP Your order will be placed into process within a few hours of your placing it. Our system charges your preffered payment form when the order is placed. Most of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive at your address, depending on the manufacturer. We will notify you within 2 days (most times much sooner) as to when you can expect your items to be delivered. - We certainly allow for returns of items that are either defective or "just not what you thought they would be.

All request for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt. You should email us at Info@journey2baby.com with the subject "Return Authorization Needed" and a complete description of the reason for the request.

Journey2Baby.com will then issue you a Return Authorization Number that must accompany the shipment back to us.

Returns will only be accepted if they are in original condition and accompanied by or in the original packaging.

If the reason for the return is a defective product, Journey2Baby.com will reimburse you for the shipping back to us. If the return is a customer accomodation, the custoemr will be responsible for the return shipping.

The Return Authorization Numbers expire 10 days after issuance. If a return is received after the RA Number expires, we will not be able to process your return.

We do not accept customer accomodation returns on personalized items. Sorry, I have changed my mind...can I cancel my order? TOP Due to the fact that we process the orders within a very short timeframe, we can only accept cancellations within a 12 hr time period after the order is placed. If you decide within the first 12 hrs that you want to cancel your order, please email us at Info@Journey2Baby.com with the subject "Order Cancellation". We have many of our items shipped directly from the manufacturer. This process helps us keep the cost of our products down as we reduce the amount of shipping cost that has to be incurred in the final cost to you. Most items are in stock and ready to ship. If we find that an item is backordered, we make every effort to mark it as "sold out" on our site. In the event that an item you order is on backorder, we will notify you immediately and let you make the decision concerning an order cancellation or substitution. What about Sales Tax? TOP
If an order is shipped to an address in North Carolina, we are required to collect 6.5% sales tax on the total order. If you are having an order shipped outside North Carolina, we do not charge sales tax, but we would recommend that you check out the online sales tax requirements in your state.
